    Crisp, green, and quietly powerful. This spirit captures the vivid freshness of celery—bright vegetal notes layered with subtle minerality and a clean, earthy depth.

  • Chai Acid

    Warm, aromatic and comforting. Bold cinnamon, cardamom and black peppercorn notes layer over ginger and black tea with a velvety, warming backbone.

  • Smoked Orange Acid

    The spirit has a subtle candied-orange finish due to caramelization of some the orange rinds’ sugars. With a gentle haze, this Acid boasts a delightful smokey citrus aroma bursting with flavor.

  • Coffee Acid

    Delicate, aromatic and quietly complex. Soft cocoa notes, gentle nuttiness and lifted aromatics sit over a light earthiness with just a hint of roast on the finish.

  • Smoked Grapefruit Acid

    Bright, smoky and sharply defined. Zesty, tangy and vibrant grapefruit aromatics sit above a subtle layer of oak smoke that adds depth without overpowering. The finish is dry, precise and lingering.
